The Big Blue Barn is perfectly suited for friends and families who fancy an incredibly relaxed holiday with plenty of space to unwind.
Offering open plan warehouse style living, this enormous space features 3 bedrooms (two loft style), a children’s retreat/movie room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with bath, separate laundry, potbelly fireplace and two shaded outdoor spaces. Sleeping 12 comfortably, it is most suited to 3 couples, 2-3 families, or 10 singles.
Perfectly situated in the heart of the Byron Shire, we are an easy 5 minute drive to the beach, Mullumbimby or Brunswick Heads and 15 minutes to the centre of Byron Bay. 35 minutes from Ballina airport, 40 minutes from Gold Coast airport—with shuttle buses direct from either airport to the nearby Uncle Tom’s Pie shop

Living Room: Big ole comfy couch and coffee table around the pot-belly stove, bar stools set around a beautiful natural wood kitchen island, enormous living space to do whatever you please—including ping-pong, mini stereo (with ipod /aux cord) and an indoor trapeze!

30% non-refundable deposit to secure booking

Cleaning policy: Your choice of a refundable cleaning deposit of $200 if you prefer to self clean, or a cleaning fee of $200 if you prefer to simply check out – with the cleaning fee you have only clean your dishes in the kitchen, empty the fridge and remove your rubbish to the bins provided.
Damages: We also ask for a fully refundable security deposit of $200 to cover any possible damages or breakages. Any breakages must be paid for.
